EATING FRUIT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH

EATING FRUIT...

We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think.

It's important to know how and when to eat.

What is the correct way of eating fruits?

IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! * FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for

weight loss and other life activities.

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD.
Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is
ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so.

In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the

food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.... So please eat your fruits onan emptystomach or before your meals! You have heard people complaining — every time
I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc —
actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and
produces gas and hence you will bloat!

Graying hair
, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes all these will NOT happen if you take fruits on an
empty stomach.

There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body,

according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits,
you have the Secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.

When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only FRESH fruit juice,
NOT from the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been
heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste. Cooking destroys all the
vitamins.

But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly,

because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body.
Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant
you look!

KIWI:
Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber. Its vitamin C content is twice that
of an orange.

APPLE:
An apple a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids
which enhances the activity of vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke.

STRAWBERRY:
Protective Fruit. Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits & protect the body
from cancer-causing, blood vessel-clogging free radicals.

ORANGE :
Sweetest medicine. Taking 2-4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve
kidney stones as well as lessens the risk of colon cancer.

WATERMELON:
Coolest thirst quencher. Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which
helps boost our immune system. They are also a key source of lycopene — the cancer fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found
in watermelon are vitamin C & Potassium.

GUAVA & PAPAYA:
Top awards for vitamin C. They are the clear winners for their high vitamin C content.. Guava is also rich
in fiber, which helps prevent constipation. Papaya is rich in carotene; this is good for your eyes.

A serious note about heart attacks HEART ATTACK PROCEDURE': (THIS IS NOT A JOKE!) Women should know that not every
heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line. You may never have the
first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. Sixty percent
of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep.
Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know the better chance we could survive.

How Does Snow Form?

Moisture and temperature are key components in snow formation.

o        Snow, the big soft flakes we are familiar with, does not begin in this state. The process of forming into snow begins high in the earth's atmosphere. The formation of these powdery flakes of snow depends on many factors taking place. Moisture and temperature levels are important factors in the formation of snow.

o        Snow begins as a tiny ice crystal, or even a small speck of dust. When there is a lot of moisture in the air, condensation starts to occur. These tiny drops of condensation start to stick together. If the temperature in the higher atmosphere is cold enough, these tiny drops start to freeze and become ice crystals. This is how ice crystals, and eventually snowflakes, get their varying shapes. The moisture droplets cling and freeze together randomly.

o        As more moisture collects and freezes together, the drops begin to get heavier and start to fall toward the ground. These ice crystals may pass through several different degrees of temperature changes as they plummet to the ground. This is how they fall as rain, sleet or snow.

o        Besides the random clinging and freezing of the droplet of water, other variables affect how the snowflake will eventually have its own unique shape and design. Things such as how fast the ice crystal falls to the ground and how cold the temperature is that it passes through will also effect the snowflake's final shape.

o        As the snowflake falls to the ground, it may pass through surface air that is warmer or cooler. Melting and refreezing will take place, causing the snow to form into many different intricate shapes, until it finally reaches the ground.

o        Even after the snow reaches the ground, it continues to change shape as it melts and melds with the other snowflakes. The snowflake then looses all of its intricate patterns. If the surface temperature is very cold, the snow will form a hard crusted top. If it is warm, the snow may start to melt and become slushy.

AVOID "MELAMINE" MADE FOOD: CHOCOLATES : IMPORTANT (Using Barcodes of Products)

AVOID CHINA MADE FOOD: CHOCOLATES : WARNING: IMPORTANT

Everything you need to know about MELAMINE

Make sure you read to the very end - very interesting -
perhaps the best way to tell where things are made....

China milk poisoning incidents make everyone afraid to look at the daily news report.
Everyday, the reports are changing. No one can clearly tell us what to eat and what not to eat.

1.What really is poisoned milk?

It is milk powder mixed with 'MELAMINE'

What is Melamine used for?
It is an industrial chemical used in the production of melawares.

It is also used in home decoration. ' US resistant board'

We all MUST understand that Melamine is used in INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION

- - - - - it CANNOT be eaten.

2.Why is Melamine added to milk powder?

The most important nutrient in milk is protein.
And, Melamine has this same protein that contains 'NITROGEN'

Adding Melamine into milk reduces the actual milk content required,
and therefore it is cheaper than all milk.   So it lowers the capital required

in the production of milk products.  Therefore it earns the business man more profit!

Below is Melamine; doesn't it look like milk / milk powder?
It doesn't have any smell, so cannot be detected.

3.When was it discovered that it had been added to milk products.

In 2007,  US cats and dogs died suddenly, they found that pet food from China contained Melamine.

Early in 2008, in China , an abnormal increase in infant cases of kidney stones was reported.

In August 2008,  China Sanlu Milk Powder tested for Melamine

Sept. 2008,  the New Zealand government asked China to investigate this problem
Sept. 21, 2008, they found that many food products in Taiwan tested for Melamine

4.What happens when Melamine ingested and digested?

Melamine remains inside the kidneys. It forms into stones blocking the tubes.
Pain will be imminent and the person cannot urinate. Kidney(s) will then swell.

Although surgery can remove the stones, it causes irreversible kidney damage.
It can lead to the loss of kidney function and will require kidney dialysis or lead to death
because of uremia.

What is dialysis?  In fact, it should be called 'blood washing'; it is filtering all of the body's blood into
a machine and then returning the blood back to the body.

The whole process takes 4 hours; and it is necessary to have dialysis
once every 3 days for the rest of your life.

Below:  A dialysis center

Below:  A large dialysis center

A small hole is required in the arm to insert the sub-dialysis catheter.

Why is it much more serious in babies?
A baby's kidneys are so very small and they drink a lot of milk powder.

Below:   A baby undergoing dialysis.

China currenty has 13,000 infants hospitalized

It does not matter how much Melamine a human being ingested (ate) (took).
The important point is:
 'MELAMINE CANNOT BE  EATEN!'

5.What foods are to be avoided?

Foods from China that contain dairy products should be avoided.

Remember: Foods with cream or milk should be avoided.

6.Which companies are affected?

Hereunder are the companies affected with Melamine.

7.What do we do next?

Avoid the above foods for at least six months.

If you own or operate a snack bar, a restaurant, or a coffee shops, etc.,
stop selling dairy products for the meantime.

If you have infants at home, change to mother's milk or find other substitutes.

Finally, share this information with friends so they will understand the risk of milk poisoning.

The whole world is very afraid of  "Made In China"  'black-hearted' goods.

Do you know how to differentiate which products are made in
the USA , or in the Philippines , in Taiwan , or in China ?

Here's How:

The first 3 digits of the barcode identify the country code
wherein the product was made.

For Example:
   ALL barcodes that start with 690, 691, 692,  etc., . .
up to and including 695 are all MADE IN CHINA .

Barcodes starting with 471 are printed on products Made in Taiwan .

You have a right to know.  But the government and related departments
never inform or educate the public. Therefore we must educate ourselves,
be vigilant, and RESCUE ourselves.

Today, Chinese businessmen know that consumers will not select products
'Made in China '.  So, they make every effort not to show or state the country
of origin on their products.
However, you can now refer to the barcode.
DO remember if the first 3 digits are one of those between 690 and 695 inclusive then it is a product Made in China .

OTHER BARCODES:

00 ~ 13 USA & CANADA

30 ~ 37 FRANCE

40 ~ 44 GERMANY

49 ~ JAPAN

50 ~ UK

57 ~ Denmark

64 ~ Finland

76 ~ Switzerland and Liechtenstein

628 ~ Saudi-Arabia

629 ~ United Arab Emirates
740 ~ 745 - Central America

All 480 Codes are Made in the Philippine
s.

My kind request to please forward this mail to as much as you

can and inform your family and friends.
Be aware!  And help others to be aware!

People Management.

Your employees are the biggest asset you have. Their performance and attitude can result in the success or failure of your business. The most difficult part of any manager's job is people management. He or she is required to lead, motivate, train, inspire, and encourage. On the other hand, he or she is also responsible for hiring, firing, disciplining, training and evaluating. These functions seem to be at odds, but a successful manager can integrate both the positive and negative aspects of these tasks to create a positive, productive work force.

People management, also known as human resource management (HRM), encompasses the tasks of recruitment, management, and providing ongoing support and direction for the employees of an organization. These tasks can include the following: compensation, hiring, performance management, organization development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration, and training.

When managing the people within an organization, a manager must focus on both hiring the right people and then getting the most out of these people. New personnel must provide the organization with the best talent available that meets the needs of the business. The organization must look ahead to how a new employee can be used to their fullest. Getting the most out of an employee means a business has consistent policies and practices in place to provide its people with appropriate training and development. Employees are involved as "partners" in the business.

Probably the most important task a manager will face when dealing with the people under his direction is that of bringing out the best in them. Unlocking people potential is often seen as the key to any business's success. When an employee's talents are not channeled correctly, their behavior can seriously compromise the success of an organization. Some of the roles that an employee who is not being used to his potential can take on are as follows: procrastinator, martyr, gossip, manipulator, backstabber, narcissist, a deer in the headlights, black hole, stonewalled, curmudgeon, bully, and predator.

Instead of dealing with employees that develop defense mechanisms to mask their dissatisfaction with their work situation, let's look as some ways to encourage effective behavior at work. After a problem behavior has been identified, address the employee immediately. Discuss taking responsibility for the ineffective behavior, how the behavior manifests itself, and the effect the behavior is having on the organization. Next, give the employee alternatives to his current behavior. In other words, teach him or her how the principles of achievement:

* cooperation * respect * self-motivation * trust * self-discipline
Now that the employee has alternatives to their current behavior, draw up a performance improvement contract in which he or she agrees to specific actions to change his or her ineffective behavior. After the contract is signed, a manager needs to stay involved and committed to the process of change. He or she cannot assume that the problem will be automatically fixed now that it has been brought to light. The employee will require praise and reinforcement of any progress that they are able to make. If positive change is to occur, it will be evident soon after the initial confrontation. If this does not occur, a termination meeting must be scheduled quickly. One employee's toxic behavior can quickly spread throughout an organization if it is not dealt with quickly and efficiently.

When evaluating an organization's workforce, there are several areas that must be addressed. First, the staff must have the tools and resources that they need to do their jobs effectively. Employees cannot be blamed for an organization's inefficiency if they are not provided with the equipment necessary to perform adequately. Next, get to know each employee as an individual and make sure that they are aware of their specific role within the organization. Clarify their responsibilities and goals. Also, involve each employee in making decisions which affect their area of expertise. This will result in the employee feeling that they "have a say" in what goes on in the organization and he or she will feel a sense of ownership. Finally, make sure that employees have an opportunity to have fun with their coworkers at appropriate times.

People Empowerment can be a very effective tool within the field of people management. This technique can be used to involve employees in any improvement program within an organization. Authority, accountability, and responsibility are delegated to the employees for improving the processes which are under their control without first having to obtain permission from management before making changes. This can be successful only when employees are recognized, congratulated, and rewarded for their commitment to problem solving.
